This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for paid billitero subscriptions and how to request them.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased directly from billitero. If you purchased through a third party, their billing and refund terms may apply in addition to this policy.
2. Cooling-off rights (where required by law)
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Where digital services begin immediately at your request, your right to cancel may be reduced or unavailable to the extent permitted by law.
3. Subscription renewals
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new billing period starts, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
4. Eligibility for goodwill refunds
At our discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund in situations such as:
- Accidental duplicate charges;
- Billing errors caused by us;
- Verified technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the service and were not resolved in a reasonable time.
Refund requests should normally be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
5. Non-refundable cases
Unless required by law, we do not usually provide refunds for:
- Partial use of a billing period;
- Change of mind after substantial use of the service;
- Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date;

7. Processing time
If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days after approval.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. Unsupported or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions where permitted by law.
